Magic Mirror, on the wall, who, now, is the fairest one of all?

Hard at work this evening working on my pumpkin. This pattern was a real challenge and even though I thought I had everything I needed, my poker was missing from its package. A pin made a good alternative though and maybe even better, as there was so much detail in this pattern. But in the end I think it turned out alright!

Halloween is coming!

While we don't have anywhere to go this Halloween and no parties to dress up for, I will be carving my annual pumpkin. Last year we moved literally on Halloween so that put an end to any pumpkin carving dreams. I couldn't even find a spoon let alone a fancy dancy pumpkin carving knife. I've always loved Halloween, accept the one pictured below. My mom decided that my sister and I would go as "salt and pepper" and my brother would be a chef. I guess no one told her that dressing a small claustrophobic child as a pepper bottle would be distressing for said child. I still break out in a sweat every time I season my food…kidding kidding.
